Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

1. Who we are

Dploy ("we", "us", "our") is operated from Guwahati, Assam, India. This policy covers dployhub.com and the services described on it — DevOps and infrastructure engagements, and the customer portal at /portal for clients under a managed-hosting or DevOps retainer.

2. What we collect

  • Contact form submissions — name, email, company, budget range, and the message you send us, plus which audience (DevOps/dev or hospitality) you selected.
  • WhatsApp conversations — if you message us via the WhatsApp links on this site, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to this one.
  • Customer portal accounts — for active clients, account details, infrastructure metadata (server names, deployment history, monitoring data) needed to deliver the service.
  • Basic server logs — standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp) kept for security and debugging.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site. We don't share contact-form submissions with anyone outside Dploy except where required to deliver a service you've asked for (e.g. a subprocessor needed to host your infrastructure) or where required by law.

4. How we use it

Contact-form and WhatsApp data is used to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the engagement. Customer-portal data is used to operate the infrastructure we're managing for you — nothing else. Server logs are used for security monitoring and are not linked to individual identities beyond what's needed to investigate an incident.

5. Where it's stored

Application data is stored in a MongoDB database operated on infrastructure we manage. Where a client engagement involves cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), data relevant to that engagement is stored per the architecture agreed with that client.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@dployhub.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time. Deleting data tied to an active infrastructure engagement may require us to first confirm an alternative contact or offboarding path, so the underlying systems don't lose their only point of contact mid-engagement.

7. Cookies

This site does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. The customer portal (/portal, /admin) uses a session token stored in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in — that's functional, not tracking.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
