Can't log in to DployHub? Reset your password
Locked out of DployHub? Reset your password with an email link, fix common sign-in problems, and raise a ticket without logging in if you still need help.
Updated 3 min read
If you cannot log in, your apps keep running: being signed out never stops your environments. Most sign-in problems are solved by resetting your password, which takes a couple of minutes. If that does not work, you can raise a ticket without logging in.
Reset your password
- 1
Open the reset page
Go to forgot password, or click the link on the login page.
- 2
Enter your email
Use the email address you signed up with.
- 3
Open the email
We send a reset link. It is valid for 1 hour and works only once.
- 4
Choose a new password
The link opens the reset page. Set a new password, then log in with it.
The reset email did not arrive
- Wait a few minutes and check spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Make sure you typed the same address you used at signup. A different address, or a typo, receives nothing.
- If you use a work address, ask your IT team whether external email is filtered.
- Request a fresh link. Older links stop working once used or after an hour.
The reset link does not work
A link fails if it is older than 1 hour or has already been used, including by an email scanner that opens links automatically. Request a new one from forgot password and use it straight away. Copy the full link into the address bar if your email app breaks it across lines.
You keep getting logged out
Your session is stored in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data, using a private window, or a privacy extension that wipes storage will sign you out. Log in again from a normal window, and allow storage for dployhub.com in your privacy tools. If someone reset or changed the password, other sessions are signed out too.
Still locked out? Raise a ticket without logging in
If you no longer have access to the email on the account, or nothing above helped, use the public support form. You do not need to be logged in.
- 1
Fill in your details
Enter your name and an email we can reach you at, ideally the one on the account.
- 2
Pick the category
Choose "I can't access my account".
- 3
Describe the problem
Add a subject and details (up to 5000 characters): the account email, roughly when you last logged in, and what you tried.
- 4
Keep the private link
We email you a private link to follow and reply to the ticket. Keep it to yourself, as anyone with it can read the ticket.
The public form allows up to 5 tickets per hour. If something looks wider than your account, check the status page. More detail on tickets is in raise a ticket.
Frequently asked questions
How long is a password reset link valid?
One hour, and it can be used only once. Request a new link if it has expired.
Are my apps affected if I am locked out?
No. Your apps keep running and serving traffic while you regain access.
Can I get help if I cannot log in at all?
Yes. Use the public form at /support with the category "I can't access my account". We email you a private link to follow the ticket.
